This project is NZ’s largest Green Star Rating Building. All materials used had to environmentally friendly approved, all waste had to be recycled where possible, and quantities of materials used had to be tracked, recorded and submitted. This required the use of Envirowash system to clean all brushes, rollers, and recycled water for a period of 16 months.

This project was a large scale new building comprising of base building works and interior fit-outs, the new 16 floor building now has various tenants. These commercial fit-outs have used many specialist design features to ensure a modernized environment for years to come.
